Furniture2go.com offers FREE IN-HOME DELIVERY on all purchases within our serving area.
We currently deliver within California (from San Francisco and Sacramento to San Diego and all along the coastal region), Las Vegas/Henderson, Nevada, and Phoenix, Arizona. We are always expanding so check back with us if you do not see your specific area included.
All of our items are brand new. They arrive sealed in factory packaging and cardboard boxes. Our delivery team will
place the items in the room of your choice. Upon delivery, they will present you with an invoice to sign as proof
that you have received and paid for your items. Payment is then due in full. You will receive a copy to keep for
your own records. You are then responsible for any assembly that is required and the discarding of any packaging
or boxes. Most items require light assembly. Furniture2Go's delivery team is not responsible for the assembly of
any items and bargaining is not an option at the time of delivery. All the tools you will need and directions for
assembly are packaged with the items inside the boxes.
Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy.
If you need special assistance, assembly can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact a Furniture2go.com representative for more information.
Broken and missed delivery appointments create scheduling problems for other customers. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery, please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 business days).
The 1st delivery attempt is free. If you are not home at the time of delivery and would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee of $70.
